Next Media Services, in partnership with Housing Finance Bank, National Planning Authority, The Innovation Village, NSSF Uganda, Uganda Revenue Authority and Plascon Uganda, officially launched the 4th Edition of the NBS Housing Baraza on 15th November, 2022.
This year’s baraza will happen from 24th to 25th of November 2022 under the theme; Building a Strong Housing Ecosystem. It will unpack climate-smart communities, a connected ecosystem, and leading with data. The NBS Housing Baraza is an annual town hall-style public conversation aimed at addressing pertinent issues, identifying innovation and business development opportunities, providing networking opportunities, and exploring related topics affecting Uganda’s housing sector.
Next Production Limited successfully executed the second and the 3rd edition, which took place on the 17th & 18th of September 2020 and the 13th & 15th of October 2021, respectively. The focus of the third edition was to recognize ingenuity in the quest to provide and obtain decent housing, despite the effects of the novel pandemic.
Meeting hall discussion during the third edition of NBS Housing Baraza
This 4th Edition of NBS Housing Baraza will be the usual town hall meeting where stakeholders will meet to discuss what’s at stake. “How do we build a really strong housing ecosystem?”. The two-day event will take place at the state-of-the-art Next Conference Centre (NCC) at the Next Media Park, and it will be organized and produced by Next Production Limited.
